After a seven-win season and a top-30 ranking last fall, anticipation is quite high for the 2018 University of Delaware football season.
Preparation for that season will start March 13 as the Blue Hens have announced their full 15-day spring practice schedule.
Delaware will practice Tuesdays (), Thursdays (), Saturdays () and Sundays () up until spring break and start up again on April 5 when students return from break. The spring schedule will be capped off with ninth annual Blue Hen Fandemonium, presented by Louviers Federal Credit Union, which will run in conjunction with the Annual Blue-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 21st at p.m.

The Delaware native becomes just the seventh University of Delaware student-athlete to earn an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine, joining Nick Boyle (2015), Zach Kerr (2014), Joe Flacco (2008), Pat Devlin (2011), Ben Patrick (2007) and Eddie Conti (1999).
Nichols will work out with the other defensive line on March 4.
The event will once again be televised live on the NFL Network. Nichols is the first UD defensive lineman to earn All-American honors since 2013.
