Finally, the successful candidate will join a department faculty engaged in K-12 educational scholarship and service in rural, eastern North Carolina as well as international educational experiences. Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education Preference given to candidates who have successful experience as a K-12 school leader and knowledge of the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED).
