Prior to business school, she worked in equity underwriting and M&A for JPMorgan. Spaulding has served as president of a non-profit board and conducted business and professional development seminars. He has been active in education and career counseling for the past decade, guiding individuals with varied backgrounds through successful MBA admission campaigns at top programs including HBS and Wharton.
She earned a master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a focus on adult development and research. An MBA graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business, Mr.
Navarro distinguished himself as the youngest member of his MBA class, entering GSB directly after graduating from Harvard College.

Wheelan served on the HBS MBA Admissions Board for 13 years.
Next, he joined a tech startup in the digital content space, with responsibility for marketing, product, engineering, customer support, customer analytics, user experience and design. Chan earned double bachelor’s degree from the University of Melbourne, graduating at the top of his class in engineering and economics.
Having lived and worked in 6 countries, he is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Following business school, he worked on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs in foreign exchange trading, and then returned to his pre-MBA employer Mc Kinsey & Company to consult energy, retail, telecom and beverage companies in Asia, Europe and Australia on strategy and operations.
