He is a highly regarded keynote speaker, having delivered strategy and leadership based papers for many high profile organisations including Chartered Accountants Australia, IP Australia, AMP, Travel Scene, University of Queensland, Macquarie University, the FFA, AFL and Cricket Australia. With a strong background in event management working with clients such as Vodafone, Nokia, Diageo, combined with experience in managing one of the world´s most successful brands (The Wiggles), Daniela´s involvement in XVenture Corporate Challenge TV show in 2011 was a natural fit.
He has been appointed as an adjunct professor at Australia's leading MBA School, MGSM where he leads and delivers leadership and team experiential learning programs as a well as producing/ directing MBA video modules. As Chief Operating Officer, Daniela is responsible for the day to day running of the XVenture business, as well as managing all of the XVenture Challenge events to ensure all participants and organisations get the most out of their experience.
With a degree in psychology and marketing, Daniela has always been interested in what motivates people and why certain teams are more successful than others.
In her spare time she is involved with charities like The Steve Waugh Foundation, and can be found patrolling North Bondi Beach as a surf lifesaver.
Her biggest passions are helping people, playing football, keeping fit and travelling.
